Purpose: The HACCP Roundtable Discussion is a forum where poultry and meat processing and food safety personnel can come together to discuss current food safety and regulatory issues. During the morning session, participants have the opportunity to discuss current concerns and assemble a list of food safety and regulatory questions. In the afternoon session, those questions are presented to USDA-FSIS personnel by the moderator.
