SEMA CYBER-SECURITY WEBINAR
OCTOBER 19, 2021
Cyber-Security: Protecting Yourself and Your Company from Cyber Security Threats Both Large and Small
How important are your passwords? What about that access card? Should we give National Security Monitoring Corp, Inc. direct access to our network? How does what we do affect our supply chain and customers? How can an innocent Facebook post violate government regulations?
We will cover the basics of technology and personal security hygiene, including how to better identify threats both technological and social, how to better protect yourself and your assets, and how to react once a threat has been encountered. Topics will run from simple daily practices of end-users, to more advanced aspects of technical and network administration, up to how management and policy makers can laterally integrate safety and security into daily operations. We will discuss who wants your stuff and why, what they will go through to get it, and how you can be prepared to deny them their bounty.
